In our continuous endeavour to serve you better, the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) is set to launch the third set of Company Forms, which includes nine forms: MSME, BEN-2, MGT-6, IEPF-1, IEPF-1A, IEPF-2, IEPF-4, IEPF-5, and the IEPF-5 e-verification report. This launch will take place on July 15, 2024, at 12:00 AM.

To facilitate the implementation of these forms on the V3 MCA21 portal, stakeholders are advised to take note of the following important points:

  1. Disabling of Company e-Filings on V2 Portal: The V2 portal will disable company e-filings starting from July 4, 2024, at 12:00 AM. Ensure that all necessary filings are completed before this deadline.
  2. Pending SRNs: Stakeholders are urged to ensure there are no SRNs in pending payment, pending for investor details upload, or resubmission status. This is crucial for a smooth transition to the new forms.
  3. Offline Payments: Offline payments for the aforementioned nine forms in V2 using the Pay Later option will be discontinued from July 1, 2024, at 12:00 AM. Stakeholders are requested to complete payments for these forms in V2 using online modes such as Credit/Debit Cards and Net Banking.
  4. V3 Portal Availability: The V3 portal will not be available from July 13, 2024, at 12:00 AM to July 14, 2024, at 11:59 PM. This temporary downtime is necessary for the implementation of the new forms.
  5. V2 Portal Availability: The V2 portal will remain available for all forms excluding the newly introduced nine forms. Stakeholders are advised to plan their filings accordingly to avoid any inconvenience.

This update aims to ensure a seamless transition and efficient handling of company forms. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding as we work to enhance our services. Stay tuned for further updates and instructions on the MCA21 portal.
