CNBC-TV18 को सूत्रों से मिली जानकारी के मुताबिक, DGGI ने GST डिमांड नोटिस भेजा है. ZOMATO & SWIGGY को ये GST डिमांड नोटिस भेजा है. ZOMATO पर 400 करोड़ रुपये और SWIGGY पर करीब 350 करोड़ रुपये की अनुमानित डिमांड है.
क्या है मामला
सूत्रों ने बताया कि जुलाई 2017 से मार्च 2023 के बीच की अवधि के लिए GST डिमांड नोटिस है. डिलिवरी फीस पर GST न चुकाने के कारण DGGI पुणे ने जांच शुरू की गई थी. डिलिवरी एक सेवा है और ZOMATO को इस पर GST भरना जरूरी है.
Zomato के शेयर का प्रदर्शन: एक हफ्ते में शेयर 4 फीसदी टूटा है. तीन महीने में शेयर 30 फीसदी बढ़ा है. एक साल में शेयर ने 100 फीसदी का रिटर्न दिया है.
DIIs की खरीदारी- सितंबर 2022 से शेयर में डीआईआई यानि घरेलू संस्थागत निवेशकों की खरीदारी जारी है. सितंबर 2022 में 6.41 फीसदी, दिसंबर 2022 में 7.44 फीसदी, मार्च 2023 में ये बढ़कर 8.04 फीसदी, जून 2023 में 9.93 फीसदी, सितंबर 2023 में ये बढ़कर 13.04 फीसदी हो गई है.
हाल में कई कंपनियों को टैक्स नोटिस मिला है. डेल्पा कॉर्प की सब्सिडियरी डेल्टा टेक गेमिंग को 6236.81 करोड़ रुपये का जीएसटी डिमांड नोटिस मिला है. ये कोलकाता यूनिट को मिला.
