1) Dir-3 KYC:

Stakeholders please note that the last date for filing DIR-3 KYC [Eform/Web] for the FY 2022-23 is 30th September 2023. DIN holders may file their form without postponing it to the last days

2) 2000 Rs. Note:

Members of the public are encouraged to utilise the time up to September 30, 2023 to deposit and/or exchange the ₹2000 banknotes. A document on Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) in the matter has been hosted on the RBI website for information and convenience of the public.

3) Add Nominee in Demat Accounts

Nominate Your Loved Ones by September 30, 2023 to avoid your Demat account becoming inactive

NSDL is carrying out campaign to make its investors aware about nomination. You may receive email / SMS / WhatsApp messages from NSDL to opt-in or opt-out for nomination. The FAQs, videos are hosted on this page to get you more information on nomination.

Nomination in demat account is now mandatory. You can either nominate or explicitly decide to opt out of nomination. NSDL brings you a facility to Nominate online for your NSDL demat account. (applicable for single demat account holder and Resident Individual). Using this facility, demat account holders can add upto three nominees in their demat accounts. Click on https://eservices.nsdl.com/instademat-kyc-nomination/#/login and
follow 3 easy steps.

Step 1 : Enter < DP ID > + < Client ID > + < PAN >. OTP on mobile number registered in your demat account.
Step 2 : Select < Nominate > OR < Opt Out >.
Step 3 : e-sign using AADHAAR. OTP on mobile number registered with UIDAI (AADHAAR).
